Reliable CNA - Part Time

Overview

Person with Spinal Cord Injury is looking for a Reliable Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in my lives. Must have a valid state CNA certification (Without it, my insurance will not pay).

- Starting Date: Sooner is better.

- 2~4 Weeks of training period is necessary and pay rate is $25/hr during this period.

- After the training, $36 ~ $42/hr ($36/hr for 3 hrs' visit. $42 for 1 or 2 hrs visit)

- Training: You will work with my existing caregiver for the first 4~5 morning and 4~5 night visits and learn how to do thing. After that, I will continously tell you what/how to do the job. Until reasonabley acceptable status (which means you do your job reasonably ok with my minimal instruction), it usually takes 2 weeks ~ 2 months depending your learning capability. If it takes more than 4 weeks, this job may be not for you.

- Trying Period : First 1 week within the training periods. If you decide to leave OR I decide to let you go, you will NOT get paid. If we continue work together, you will get paid with training pay rate

- Pay Type: 1099 Tax Form

* You will be paid by my insurance company, and your first paycheck will be in about 3 week.

Work Hours. (Please send me your available day and time when you apply)

- Morning : 5:30am ~ 8:30am weekdays, 6am ~ 9am for weekends

- Night: 8:30pm ~ 10:00pm

- You will share these shifts with two other caregivers. Therefore, you may cover 1~3 morning shifts and 1~3 night shifts based on your schedule. (At this time, I need a CNA who can cover a Tuesday morning and a Thursday night at least)
