What You'll Do

• Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional abilities.
• Assist with ADLs while encouraging resident participation and self-care
• Carry out restorative care plans and accurately document progress
• Provide ambulation, range-of-motion, positioning, and mobility support
• Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or functioning
• Collaborate with residents and the care team to achieve restorative goals

What You'll Need

• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
• 1 or more years of experience in long-term care setting, preferably serving in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
