RN II - NICU (CNA)

We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to care for premature and critically ill neonates in a specialized neonatal intensive care unit.

### Position Overview

The NICU RN provides highly specialized care to neonates requiring respiratory support, nutritional management, and close monitoring.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy
• Administer neonatal medications and IV therapy
• Monitor growth and developmental milestones
• Support and educate families
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric teams

### Qualifications

• Active CA RN license
• NRP required
• 2+ years NICU experience required
• Experience with high-acuity neonates preferred
