RN / LPN Opportunity – Assisted Living & Memory Care: 9:30am-6pm

is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated RN or LPN to join our team in providing care and support to our residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values relationship-based care, teamwork, and creating a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families. This position is perfect for individuals who prefer hands-on, day-to-day involvement.

* Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight and support for residents and families
• Monitor resident health, assessments, and care plans
• Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, physicians, and leadership team
• Support and mentor Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license, unencumbered
• Passion for working with seniors, including residents with dementia and memory loss
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred, but not required
