Why Sunland is the BEST Place to Work Competitive Pay Daytime shifts: start at $18.00/hour Weekly Pay with direct deposit Paid Training (including CPR/First Aid if needed) Free Uniforms 401(k) eligibility after 6 months Caregiver Requirements Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid Driver’s License Clear Background Check & Drug Screen One Year of Caregiving Experience CPR/First Aid Certification Negative TB Screening within the past 12 months Caregiver Responsibilities Companionship (reading, talking, games, crafts) Light Housekeeping Grooming Assistance (dressing, brushing teeth, shaving) Medication Reminders (no administration) Transportation (appointments, shopping, outings) Documentation of Activities (ability to document shift details electronically) Hygiene Support (showers, bed baths, toileting) Mobility Assistance (safe transfers, lifting 5–35 pounds, walking) Meal Prep & Feeding Schedule Flexible to fit your availability! Weekends Day Shifts Night Shifts Overnight Shifts Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with transfers safely.
