ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Boundless Care Inc. is building a trusted roster of experienced caregivers in the Carmel area to support private home care clients as requests come in. This is an on-call opportunity — ideal for caregivers who want flexibility while staying connected to meaningful care work. When a client need arises in your area, we'll reach out to matched caregivers on our roster.

TYPES OF CARE YOU MAY PROVIDE

* In-Home Care – Hourly, 24/7, or live-in support helping clients stay engaged and independent at home. * Alzheimer's & Dementia Care – Specialized memory care that preserves comfort, familiarity, and dignity. * End-of-Life Care/Hospice Care – Comfort-focused care and emotional support during advanced illness. * Respite Care – Flexible care that provides relief to family caregivers while ensuring consistent, reliable support.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation — including safe use of assistive devices. * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. * Administer medications as directed and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition. * Monitor and document vital signs, noting any changes and reporting to the care team or supervising nurse. * Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being and dignity. * Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. * Implement individualized care plans and adapt to varying levels of acuity and client needs. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Boundless Care coordination team. * Maintain accurate care logs, documentation, and timely incident reporting. * Uphold client confidentiality, dignity, and rights at all times.
