BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lincolnton, NC. BAYADA's Direct Support Professionals DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

We're hiring urgently for the following areas

Lincolnton, Denver, Stanley, and the surrounding area.

Shifts available

: Afternoons, Evenings (3pm - 9pm) during the weekdays; flexible weekends (up to 12 hour shifts)

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
• Help lift and reposition clients.
