We are currently hiring State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Measure and document vital signs (STNAs only, as permitted by care plan)
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide light housekeeping related to client care
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety at all times
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Required Qualifications – Ohio Compliance

For State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA)

* Must have successfully completed an Ohio Department of Health (ODH)–approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) (minimum 75 hours)

For Home Health Aides (HHA)

• Must have completed a state- or federally compliant Home Health Aide training program meeting CMS/ODH standards:
• Minimum 75 hours of training, including 16 hours of supervised clinical training

Additional State & Agency Requirements (All Applicants)

• At least 18 years of age
• · High school diplomat or GED preferred
• Ability to pass Ohio BCI criminal background check
• Negative TB test and free from communicable diseases, per ODH standards
• Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
