Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, promoting independence while maintaining safety and dignity.Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Document medical information accurately, including changes in client health status.
• Support clients in engaging in social activities and community outings.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client adherence to medication schedules.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior care or home health preferred.
• STNA License preferred
• Knowledge of medical documentation practices is a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Strong caregiving skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to assist clients with daily living tasks while promoting independence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient-oriented.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is preferred but not required.
