Travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and facility policies. * Help residents with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transportation. * Assist with mealtime services, meal delivery, feeding, and documenting food intake. * Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake. * Assist with resident weighing and report significant weight changes. * Monitor residents’ skin conditions and report pressure areas, skin breakdown, or skin tears. * Assist nursing staff with toileting programs. * Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress as directed. * Communicate resident refusals, changes in condition, and other concerns to the nurse and supervisor. * Provide support to nurses and other staff as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous travel experience. * Active Michigan CNA certification at the time of submission. * Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification. * Successful work history demonstrating assignments or employment lasting longer than 13 weeks. * No active disciplinary action against certification.
