Shift

7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Meal Break: 30 minutes Pay Rate: $29.00/hour Schedule: Rotating two-week schedule — 2 days one week and 4 days the following week Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 6 months experience .
• Updated Resume
• covid card
• BLS/CPR
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Previous PointClickCare (PCC) experience is mandatory.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Must be able to accommodate the rotating two-week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily living activities.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, feeding, and personal care.
• Document resident care and observations accurately in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Maintain infection control, safety, and resident confidentiality.
• Respond to call lights and provide compassionate resident care.
• Follow care plans and work every other weekend as required.

Pay: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
