Aspirus Medford Hospital

in Medford, WI is seeking a UNIV CAREGIVER to join our CO. GARDENS team!

The Universal Caregiver is under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Universal Caregiver performs indirect patient care tasks aiding in tiding a resident's living quarters, restocking supplies, setting up meal trays in the dining room, and cleaning up after meals. Providing support in the activity areas and performing general cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

HOURS

Full Time 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent beneficial.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting beneficial.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload through good organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
• Professional, service-orientated personality.
