Your Roles In The Journey

*Qualifications (Must Haves):*

• *At least 1 year of paid professional caregiving experience*
• *Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation*
• *Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) number*
• *Authorized to work in the U.S.*
• *Able to pass DOJ & FBI background check*
• *Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray*
• *Basic computer skills*

*Additional Requirements:*

• *California HCA registration (or willingness to obtain)*
• *1+ year caregiving experience preferred*
• *Reliable transportation*
• *Background check & TB clearance required*
