Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to helping others and making a positive difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Toileting and hygiene support
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
