homeRN Franklin is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our weekend team. If you're available on Saturdays, Sundays, or weekend overnight shifts and enjoy providing one-on-one care, we'd love to meet you.

Our caregivers help seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while building meaningful relationships with every client.

Responsibilities

As a Weekend Caregiver, you may assist clients with

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Safe transfers and positioning, including Hoyer lift assistance when needed
• Companionship and engaging conversation
• Medication reminders
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
• Transportation to appointments, errands, or community outings as needed

*A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance are required.*

Training & Support

• One-on-one orientation and first-shift training with a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Ongoing clinical support from our experienced office team
• Individualized care plans for every client
• Responsive scheduling and caregiver support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional caregiving, home care, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience preferred
• Experience using Hoyer lifts is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and accurately document care
• Reliable transportation throughout Franklin, Brentwood, and Williamson County
