Job Overview

Join the 3–11 shift as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and help patients feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their care. You’ll assist with daily activities, observe changes in condition, and share timely updates with the nursing team. Your impact: attentive, dependable care helps patients maintain comfort and dignity while giving families and care teams clear, useful updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, toileting, and mobility while respecting individual preferences.
• Measure and record vital signs, provide catheter care as assigned, and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Use safe patient transfer methods, manual handling practices, and equipment such as a Hoyer lift when trained and directed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and protect patient confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues; follow infection prevention and aseptic technique procedures.

Experience

• Required: Current Certified Nurse Aide credential and ability to provide compassionate, reliable patient care.
• Preferred: Experience in senior care, geriatrics, nursing homes, long-term or post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, hospice, home care, or acute and inpatient settings.
• Experience supporting people with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, developmental disabilities, children, or other individual care needs is valued.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks, is a plus.
• Basic life support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), phlebotomy, medication administration, and additional clinical experience are helpful but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
