Experience is not required, we will train the right candidate to feel confident in providing care to seniors and assist with medication. Passion to help seniors and be a part a team environment is required.

Those with tenured caregiving experiences, a CNA or HHA licenses are encouraged to apply as well. We offer wage incentives for those with those experiences or licenses.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a level 2 background screening and drug screening.
• Good record of attendance at previous employment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Passion to work with the aging senior population and provide excellent care.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift or pull up to 50 pounds.
