Assisted Living Aide - Days

BridgeWater at Owatonna, an Independent & Assisted Living community, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Assisted Living Aides. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and health-related services to support the physical and emotional well-being of our elders.

Position Details

• Part-Time Day Shift Available
• Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform delegated nursing tasks
• Assist elders with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting, and transfers/lifts
• Monitor and report changes in elders’ conditions to the nursing staff
• Support new staff onboarding and training
• Assist with light housekeeping and activities

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for working with the elder population
• Previous senior care experience preferred but not required
