Assisted Living Caregiver- On Call Casual

Welcome to Elysian! We are a new (built in 2020) Senior Housing offering Assisted Living and Dementia Care. We have 36 apartments - 20 Assisted and 16 Dementia. Great Resident to staff ratios!

We love our employees and make sure we have the best working conditions for them. We have very low patient to staff ratio, state of the art technology for employees to work off of - we are paperless! We utilize RTasks for EMAR and charting system.

We are hiring for On Call Casual

Position Details

• On Call Employee will be on call for a weekend on a specified rotation (typically every 8 weeks)
• On Call weekend starts Friday at 6pm and ends Monday at 6am.
• On Call employee is expected to be available for the entirety of their scheduled weekend.
• Receives $100.00 to be available for the on call weekend.
• If needed to cover a shift during the on call weekend, the employee will be paid an extra $5 an hour for shift coverage.
• $25-$31/hour: Wage is determined by training and experience.
• May pick up additional shifts outside of on call weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Clear background check
• Must pick up at least one shift per month (if shifts are available)

Previous experience and CNA preferred but will train those without experience.

Pay Frequency

* Bi weekly

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
