CNA/ TMA/LPN Assisted Living Caregiver - Overnights

CARE COORDINATOR

Elysian Fields is looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide direct care for the residents at our BRAND NEW facility. Elysian Fields is a small Dementia Care and Comfort Care facility that provides care for up to 24 residents. We work closely with hospice and home care agencies to provide hospice and palliative care in our Comfort Care wing. We also provide compassionate care for advanced or progressive forms of dementia in our Dementia Care wing. Located at 522 Riedell Court in Red Wing, MN 55066.

Positions Available

* Part Time Overnight (10p-6a): 32 hours per pay period (every two weeks)

Position Requirements

• Active CNA, TMA, or LPN license is required.
• At least two years of experience in a similar setting.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide direct care to Dementia Care and Comfort Care residents
• Dressing assistance
• Grooming assistance
• Bathing assistance
• Feeding/mealtime assistance
• Escorts and/or transfer assistance
• Light Housekeeping – common spaces and resident apartments
• Resident laundry
• Medication administration
• Reporting and documenting all changes in condition, incidents, etc.

Position Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Every-Other Weekend Rotation: work one weekend (Sat/Sun) every two weeks
• Eligible for overtime (when working more than 40 hours per week)
• Eligible for holiday pay (double-time)
• Eligible for benefits (if working at least 20 hours per week)
• Paid training & orientation
