Assisted Living Caregiver

Assisted Living Community looking to hire a caregiver to help enrich the lives of our seniors. Please review the job description below and apply via e-mail if interested.

**Shift Times 1:30 - 8pm

Must be available some weekends.

--Provide care as specified in each resident's written plan of care and supervision

--Ensure the health, safety, comfort, dignity and supervision of the residents

--Encourage residents to be as independent as possible

--Be able to effectively interact with emergency personnel in the event of an emergency call, including an ability to provide a residents medical records to emergency respondents

--Assist residents with personal hygiene as needed

--Document any resident changes

--Provide laundry services as needed including; washing, drying, folding, hanging

--Provide personal care

-- Transfer residents from bed to wheelchair or vice versa

-- Provide housrkeepung service

This job requires you to stand, stoop, lift, bend, walk, etc.

This job opening is currently part-time. Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and available on-call if needed. All candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays, pass employment health/drug screen and a state-required criminal background clearance.
