Assisted Living Concierge (Part Time)

Van Dyk Park Place- Assisted Living in Hawthorne, NJ is accepting applications for Part Time Concierge.

Pay Rate = $16.50

Hours: 8:00am-12:00pm / 12:00pm-4:00pm

Position Description

• Experience in an Assisted Living Community is preferred
• Answer and route all incoming calls with high level professionalism
• Greet Visitors
• Perform support for all departments, residents, and families.

Requirements

• Receptionists experience a must.
• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents
