Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, train, and support caregiving staff
• Coordinate resident services and communicate proactively with families
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with Maryland and Montgomery County requirements
• Promote respectful, person-centered care
• Resolve resident, family, and staffing issues with sound judgment

Qualifications

• Must have 80 hour, BLS and Medication Technician Certificates
• Extensive assisted living or long-term care experience, including [3+] years in a supervisory role
• Completed Maryland-approved 80-hour Assisted Living Manager course
• Working knowledge of COMAR 10.07.14
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
• Dementia/memory care experience preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid; must pass criminal background check

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
