### Pay Rate

• $27.00 – $37.00/hour (based on experience)
• Same Day Pay for all Employees!

Responsibilities

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) must have a compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality, along with a dedication to providing residents with the highest level of care. Qualifications:

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.### Schedule & Availability

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Hours
• Day and Night
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

### Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Maryland LPN license in good standing
• BLS Certification (current and valid)
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
