TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and compassionate Babysitters, Childcare Providers, and Senior Caregivers to provide in-home care for children, adults, and seniors throughout the Atlanta area.

Schedule

• Available at least 2 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Full-day shifts, typically 7–10 hours
• Example shifts: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 6:00 PM, and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday opportunities may also be available
• Minimum 3-month commitment

Choose the weekdays that work best for you. Assignments depend on family needs and your availability.

Responsibilities

Babysitting & Childcare

• Provide attentive and nurturing in-home childcare
• Plan age-appropriate activities, games, reading, and play
• Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
• Communicate with parents about their child's day

Senior & Adult Caregiving

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with basic daily routines
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Provide reminders and light household support
• Accompany clients on errands or appointments when appropriate
• Help clients remain comfortable and supported at home

Pay

• $19/hour – Caring for 1–2 dependents
• $20/hour – Caring for 3 dependents
• $21/hour – Caring for 4 dependents

Additional rates may apply for certain assignments or care needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of childcare or adult/senior care experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, teaching, youth programs, senior companionship, home care, CNA, HHA, or similar)
• Comfortable providing both childcare and senior/adult care
• Professional childcare or caregiving references
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Available at least 2 weekdays
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
