We’re a small, residential 6‑bed Adult Foster Care (AFC) home where caregivers have the time and space to truly care. What you’ll do (Core Responsibilities)

· Assist residents with ADLs: bathing/showering, toileting/brief changes, grooming, dressing, ambulation/transfers (as trained), and personal hygiene

· Provide companionship and engagement (conversation, activities, one‑on‑one support)

· Meal support: prep/serve meals, assist with feeding as needed, kitchen cleanup

· Medication administration & documentation as trained/authorized and per policy

· Documentation: daily progress note; vitals/weights as needed per workflow

· Maintain a clean, safe home: laundry, cleaning common areas/bathrooms, trash removal, stocking supplies (tour‑ready standards)

· Resident safety checks/rounding at routine intervals and as needed

Requirements (Must Have)

· 18+ years old

· Able to follow written/oral instructions and complete required documentation

· Willing to complete background checks/clearances required for AFC employment and onboarding compliance

· Willing to complete required training and demonstrate competency in: reporting requirements; First Aid/CPR; resident rights; safety/fire prevention; infection control/communicable disease prevention

· Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts (24/7 care environment)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

· CNA or caregiver experience in senior care / assisted living / AFC setting

· Medication experience (or willingness to learn and be trained)

Schedule Details (Customize)

· Common shift structure: 12‑hour shifts (Days / Nights)

· Weekend rotation expectation: every 3rd weekend

· Holidays are part of 24/7 operations: holiday pay
