Business Development Representative – Nursing Homes & Assisted Living Communities

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to expand our partnerships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and other senior care organizations. This role is responsible for developing new referral sources, building strong client relationships, and increasing awareness of our healthcare staffing and/or clinical services within the long-term care market.

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare sales, business development, account management, or senior care services and is passionate about helping healthcare organizations meet their staffing and patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care Facilities, and other healthcare providers.
