Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor residents’ health by observing vital signs and overall well-being, reporting any concerns promptly
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Assist with Medication Reminders
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning common areas and personal spaces
• Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
• Run errands/Transport the client to doctor appointments/outings

Skills

• Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care practices
• Ability to perform CPR and First Aid confidently to respond effectively during emergencies
• Familiarity with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care planning processes
• Strong communication skills for working with people with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting residents with mobility or transfers
• Compassionate attitude with a focus on resident-centered care and social work principles

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
