Always Best Care Michiana is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals needing assistance at home. Our caregivers provide personalized support while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This position involves assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility, and companionship. We are looking for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling with multiple client opportunities for full and part time availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Observe, document, and report changes in client conditions
• Support memory care and promote client independence
• Follow care plans and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and caring attitude
• Minimum 40 hours/month to remain active

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
• $300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days (25+ hours/week and compliant)
