Caregiver 7A-7P & 7P-7A

Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in a nursing home setting - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer first aid and medication as needed - Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, including heavy lifting - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary - Drive residents to appointments or outings as required

Skills: - Previous experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred - Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols - Familiarity with first aid techniques and medication administration - Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of resident privacy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
