Hiring Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver

Sharp Home Care is currently hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home support for seniors and adults throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Client assignments are available during morning, afternoon, and weekend hours, with schedules based on individual client needs and caregiver availability.

Pay

$16.70–$18.50 per hour

### Immediate Hiring Needs

We are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants who are willing to accept PRN assignments, open shifts, and morning schedules to help meet the needs of our growing client base. We are also looking for caregivers who are interested in transitioning into full-time schedules as long-term client assignments become available.

### Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Follow individualized service plans and complete required documentation accurately
• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care office team

### Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or a related field preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
