We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless permitted by state regulations and agency policy).
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition.
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility using proper techniques and equipment when applicable.
• Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when authorized.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or in assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or home care settings preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely....
