CareMN is a locally owned home care agency (not a franchise) looking for reliable caregivers to support seniors living in their own homes. Our clients are wonderful people who simply need help with daily living — and our caregivers get consistent, one-on-one assignments instead of rushing between multiple homes each day.

What you'll do

• Help clients with daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care)
• Provide friendly companionship and peace of mind for families
• Work one-on-one with the same client on a consistent weekly schedule

What we're looking for

• Some caregiving experience — professional (CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP) or personal experience caring for a family member
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
