In-Home Caregiver – Baxter, MN | Part-Time | $21–$24/hr

CareMN is hiring a reliable, compassionate caregiver in Baxter for a consistent part-time schedule with one client.

About the role

You'll support a friendly, independent woman in her own home with light assistance for daily living activities — things like meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and simple personal care support. She lives independently and just needs a helping hand with the basics. This is a great fit for a caregiver who values a steady schedule and one-on-one care without the rush of multiple clients per day.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3.5 hours per day (17.5 hours/week) — same client, same schedule, every week.

Pay

$21–$24 per hour, based on experience.

What we're looking for

• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal — CNA/HHA/PCA background a plus, but not required)
• Dependable and punctual — the client counts on you
• Warm, patient, and respectful of client independence
• Reliable transportation to Baxter
• Ability to pass a background check
