Homewatch CareGivers is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Our caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while building meaningful relationships along the way.

Responsibilities

Caregivers provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes, including:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
• Supporting daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Performing light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
• Providing companionship and conversation to improve quality of life
• Running errands and transportation to appointments when needed
• Following client care plans and documenting visits using our Caregiver App
• Communicating with the office team about client needs or changes in condition

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver certification (as required by state guidelines)
• Caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or nursing facility)
• Ability to provide compassionate, reliable care
• Must pass background check, drug screening, TB test, and DMV check
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
