This is a rewarding opportunity to build relationships with clients, provide personalized support, and bring comfort and peace of mind to individuals and their families.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with grocery shopping or errands as needed.
• Offer reminders for medications according to the care plan and agency policies.
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines within the caregiver’s training and scope of duties.
• Communicate changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Treat every client with dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, if required for client visits.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.
