Job Overview

We are a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) with 6 elderly residents In a home like setting seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, mobility support, and meal assistance while ensuring dignity and safety at all times. Duties also include light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, maintaining a clean environment, completing documentation, observing and reporting changes in resident condition, and following all Title 22 regulations and facility policies. Caregivers will assist with medication reminders (per RCFE guidelines), communicate effectively with residents, families, hospice, and staff, and participate in emergency procedures when needed. Candidates must be at least 18, able to pass a LiveScan background check, have a recent TB test and Health Screening, and carry current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it. Preferred applicants have experience in senior care, dementia care, hospice support, or RCFE settings.
