We are seeking caring, dependable, and team-oriented professionals to join our community as a Personal Assistants (Resident Care Assistants).

Position Status

Full time/Part time/PRN hours within the range below

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This includes working every other weekend

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist Assisted Living and Memory Care residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and dining assistance.
• Support residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and highest practicable level of functioning.
• Participate in memory support and engagement programs designed to enhance resident well-being.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-focused environment for residents, families, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous caregiving, senior living, home care, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and prepared to work a variety of shifts based on community needs.
• Must have adequate transportation.
