Key Responsibilities

Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation Offering companionship and emotional support Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation Escorting clients to appointments or errands (when applicable) Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Current CPR certification Must pass Level 2 background check - https://info.flclearinghouse.com Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers

Preferred Qualifications

Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience
