As a Caregiver, at The Pines of Richfield, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Wage Range

$19.12 - $23.31 / hour based on experience

Shifts Available

Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities

* Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. * Monitor and record vital signs. * Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse. * Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. * Document care provided in a computerized charting system. * Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being. * Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.

Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Qualifications

* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required! * Med Passing strongly preferred! * Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion. * Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. * Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. * Must be at least 18 years old.
