Caregiver - CNA or HCA- Requires weekends

Supreme Living is looking for a Full Time Caregiver to cover the Mid and NOC shift. The candidate must already have their CNA or HCA license through the State of Washington. Pay for this position is $26.00 - $26.50 per hour.

Overview

Duties

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any side effects or changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs and behavioral observations.
• Ensure that resident rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Provide first aid as necessary and respond promptly to any medical emergencies.
• Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence while providing compassionate care.
• Assist with lifting and transferring residents safely using proper techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a group home or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and care plan development.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles, resident rights, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift patients and assist with mobility tasks as needed.
