What You’ll Do

• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs, health changes, and behavior updates
• Provide medication reminders according to care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Maintain a clean, safe environment through housekeeping and infection control
• Assist with safe transfers, including Hoyer lifts and mobility devices
• Offer compassionate dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory care support
• Communicate clearly with supervising nurses, care coordinators, and families
• Complete accurate EVV documentation for all visits

What You Need

• Current TB Test
• CNA applicants: Active NC CNA listing
• PCA applicants: Prior personal care or caregiving experience
• Experience using EVV systems
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, transfers, mobility assistance
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or Alzheimer’s is highly valued
