Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, patient behavior, and overall condition; report changes promptly to healthcare staff
• Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed
• Operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe manual handling during transfers
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
• Support residents with cognitive impairments by implementing care plans for dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care needs
• Assist with transportation for appointments or community outings using personal or facility vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures including first aid, CPR certification requirements, and emergency response protocols
• Document observations accurately in care records while respecting residents’ privacy and confidentiality
• Assist with bedbound clients

Requirements
