NEW Memory Care Community-Care Partner (PCA/CNA)

Physician Care Homes at Magnolia House is a small, home-like memory care community designed for individuals living with dementia. We believe care should feel personal, calm, and relationship-centered, not rushed or institutional.

We are looking for compassionate Care Partners who enjoy building meaningful relationships and being part of a close-knit team. In this role, you will support residents with daily routines, personal care, meals, engagement, and creating a warm, supportive environment throughout the home.

This is not a task-only caregiving role. At Magnolia House, team members work together to create comfort, connection, and a sense of home for residents every day.

What We’re Looking For:

• CNA or PCA certification required
• Warm, patient, and dependable personality
• Team-oriented mindset
• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• Willingness to help wherever support is needed
