Caregiver (CNA, PCA, or Experienced Caregiver)

Our owner spent more than 12 years in the senior care industry before starting Home Care By Design with a vision of creating a company where caregivers are respected, supported, and appreciated for the work they do every day.

We're a locally owned agency based in Mooresville, serving seniors throughout the greater Charlotte area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable caregivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values reliability, compassion, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike, but you may assist clients with

• Personal care
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• A CNA, PCA, or have professional caregiving experience
• Dependable and committed to showing up for their clients
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Flexible with their availability
• Reliable with transportation
• Able to pass a background check

We serve clients with a variety of schedules, so caregivers with flexible availability often have the opportunity for more consistent hours.
