Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, caring, and professional Caregivers/Home Care Aides to provide non‑medical support to clients in their homes. This role includes companionship, personal care assistance, and help with daily activities to ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
• Support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Follow care plans and agency policies
• Ensure a safe environment for clients
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and agency staff
• Provide respite care when needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Good communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
