Caregiver / CNAs needed for flexible hours / Part time - Full Time

Overview

Join our care team as a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), with flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options. You’ll provide respectful, attentive support that helps clients and residents maintain comfort, dignity, and daily routines across home, community, and residential care settings.

Your impact: By following care plans and observing changes in well-being, you help clients and residents receive timely, person-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, mobility, and safe transfers; use a Hoyer lift when appropriate and trained.
• Monitor clients and residents, observe and report changes, and record vital signs as directed.
• Support medication administration only as authorized and in accordance with care plans and applicable procedures.
• Prepare meals, cook, clean, and provide personal transportation assistance as assigned.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and care teams while protecting privacy, following HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements, and upholding residents’ rights.

Requirements

• Patient care, caregiving, direct support, and client communication skills; experience with older adults, geriatrics, or senior care is valuable.
• Experience in home care, home health, home and community care, assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, long-term care, or hospice is welcome.
• Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory care; experience supporting people with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, disabilities, or other neurodevelopmental disorders is valued.
• Knowledge of patient observation and monitoring, care plans, manual handling, patient transfer methods, and heavy lifting is helpful.
• Current first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills are preferred; nursing or CNA credentials may be required for duties governed by applicable regulations.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
