Caregiver

Job Requirements

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver to join our team at Mina's Senior Living, LLC.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (RCFE, assisted living, home care, or skilled nursing experience is a plus).
• Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Negative TB test and ability to meet California employment requirements.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility).
• Assist with medication administration or reminders as directed.
• Prepare and serve meals, including special diets such as diabetic and purée diets.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily care notes.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Treat all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and management.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and creating a warm, home-like environment for our residents.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
