Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

• Confident assisting clients with limited mobility, including those who are bedbound or require extensive physical assistance.
• Experience with safe transfer techniques, gait belts, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, slide boards, or similar mobility equipment is preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Able to remain calm, patient, and professional while caring for clients with varying physical and cognitive needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while following individualized care plans.
