We're looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Full-Time Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) to support four amazing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our New Market Group Home. Every day is different—from helping with daily routines to enjoying community outings and celebrating life's little victories. Schedule

• Evenings: 2:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

------------------

• Assist individuals with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating habits.
• Administer medications (training provided).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Transport individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community events.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, volunteering, and community activities.
• Assist with household chores including light cleaning and laundry.
• Complete daily documentation and required reports.
• Ensure the home remains safe, welcoming, and person-centered.
• Celebrate accomplishments and help individuals achieve their personal goals.
• Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to enriching lives.
